The Project Addet: Apprenticeship for the Development of Design Thinking (2020-1-RO01-KA202-079926) aims to develop the employability and problem-solving skills of VET students. It will develop a training model for VET students based on a methodology of developing thinking and problem solving. It will provide trainers with a training guide and program as well as an in-depth analysis of the training model presented.

The project includes three intellectual outputs: a learning model for the acquisition of problem solving and design thinking mindset competencies, a trainer’s guide and a VET company partnership guide.
