Youth SUCCESSors (Proj. Numb. 589689-EPP1-2017-IT-EPPKA2-CBYACPALA) is a capacity building project that wants to empower and foster employability of European and International youth starting from the valorization of the resources that their countries can offer.
Considering the huge cultural and environmental heritage of each participating country, they are “rich successors”, but they will need to learn how to manage these resources in a productive and sustainable way. Territorial promotion, sustainable tourism and many other entrepreneurial activities can be started around the preservation of environment and cultural heritage.
The key to success is learning to appreciate and taking care of these resources, as well as acquiring key business skills that enable participants to start new initiatives.
